Tropical Storm Fay Floods Hundreds of Fla. Homes

Some homes in Florida's Brevard and St. Lucie counties have been flooded with up to 5 feet of water because of Tropical storm Fay. Nearly 2 feet of rain have fallen as the storm stalled and soaked the state for a third consecutive day.
