English National Sheepdog Trials 2007 - Jim Cropper

Edited condensed version of Jim Cropper running his Border Collie in the runoff at the English National Sheepdog Trials on 16th August 2007. The trial was held over three days. On each day the highest scoring handler and dog go into the runoff at the end of the trial to decide the overall winner and English National Champion. Jim was the highest scorer on his day and was selected to go third in the runoff. This means this run is the very last of the trial and is followed by the presentation. The top three scorers and the next twelve highest ranked are guaranteed a place in the English team to represent England in the Internationals. The runoff's are shorter than the qualifying runs with a reduced course. At the point he started Jim knew he was in the top three and in the team. Colliewood Films is a subsiduary of Border Collie Rescue, set up to support the work of the charity and to promote a better understanding of the Border Collie breed and its welfare.
