Mixed reaction on bailout plan

President Bush has signed the $700-billion bank rescue bill into law just an hour after the U.S. House of Representatives passed its revised version. The Senate approved the bailout plan an unprecedented government intervention designed to steady the crisis hit economy on Wednesday.
