New Zealands cities are definitely alot nicer cleaner safer and friendlier then Australias cities, would love to visit Christchurch Wellington and Dunedin, been to Auckland and it was nice but not that great.

I thought Cannibal Bay (next to Surat Bay, the Catlins) was so named because archaeological excavation of a pre-European midden revealed gnawed-upon human bones. Cook never made land that far south.

don't talk shit about the Maori just because they feel the need tomaintain their culture and traditions.Thats one of the downfalls of being white,we are all classified as white,regardless where we come from,whether it be Italy,Ireland or Brazil I don't know any other white new zealander who carry on the traditions of the ancestors.The Maori are very lucky in that sense.

Meh, I'm goign on knowledge froma book writen by one of the first settlers who spoke of this cannabilism. And I know they're not extinct, as I know a chick who is part Moriori. And moari's ate eat other, they ate half of Captain cooks(Or some dudes) crew, thus cannibal bay, so I presume they also ate the moriori.
