I have lived in dubai for five years.T he best thing i liked about it is that you can walk with a million dollars cash in your hand and you can still feel safe.But here in the u.s.a. they will kill a gas station clerk for five bucks....what a cheap life!

I have to wonder what the prices start at. Not only for the land plot, but for the building materials, laborers, transportation, etc. If you can afford it, seems like paradise.

a couple could have a week in Dubai for around £1000....save over the year, thats £100 per month...(also need a bit of pocket money)....affordable for lots people....

Dubai is an amazing place...clean and breathtaking....it`s very peaceful and you walk around without fear...trust someone to come up with Muslim!!!! it beats any holiday I EVER HAD....when in Rome comes to mind...or they should never have gone to Dubai to defile the beach...

They weren't doing push-ups on the beach at all. They were doing sexual acts on Jumeirah beach after they'd been warned & asked to move along seeing as it IS against the law out here to show too much affection in public.. Duh.

It'll be annoying getting to and from the main land if you're in a rush or coming back from a night out. It's pretty far out when you actually look at it from the palm.

Yes it looks like a wonderful place for tourists. Just dont do push-ups on the beach or you will be arrested for making love to the sand. (true story-use google) A tourist attraction governed by Muslim fanatics, no thanks
