No matter how you look at it its a silly concept waste of time and money, changing the look of a car is by no means revolutionary or progressive, its a marketting gimmik. I think if you are stil using the same reciprocative engine(pistons,cylinders and valves) and wrap it in a SKIN and show it to the world as a new idea ,you are just in the business of fooling the custumers, If any car company wants to be progressive, then show us a new engine,something new under the hood not just a new hood

I imagine GINA's skin would shatter when the door is opened at even -20C, let alone -40C. How would I scrape the ice off of it? Flexability is not something I would like to see in my car. BMW is not in the business of inspiring. Saying GINA was created to 'inspire' translates to 'we have to justify the expense of this project because we clearly can't market the product.'

wow what fucking retards did u guys not hear the man he said tat GINA was an inspiration for people in the company to think outside the box he never said this car was gonna be marketed or used in the commercial venue and you people are making assumptions as though the car were real someone said something about human progression?? i believe this is human progression where we learn from our faults and strive to find something better

Hahaha, I don't know whats your definition for humanity, but a car is by no means a sign of progress in humanity. but if you are looking for advancment in technology , hey myfriend you are looking at the wrong direction, like that stupid Chris Bangle turn around , the advancment is the other way what you are looking at is retardment. My god the future of technology and design is screwed up with people like you guys.

with humanity these days the skin will get ripped in no time. Few days ago a friend of mine got her car keyed for no reason and when i say it, i mean it. NO REASON. She just moved there a week ago.
