Pois é verdade que o FZ é um fenómeno universal. Ouço-o desde 1974 e todos os dias, alguma coisa tem que rolar dele. Seja no carro, no Ipod ou em casa. Grande Zappa. Zappa is indeed as universal phenomenon. I hear him since 1974 and, every day, something of him must play, wether in the car, the ipod or at home. Can´t miss. Thank you Frank. God bless you.

frank was a great man, without doubt one of the worlds best guitarists, but what was cool about him is he did what he wanted to do!! and did not get wrapped up in doing songs for the charts..he had over 1200 songs in all different styles... frank zappa a true genius!

It's true youtube compresses the shit out of the audio. Probably for the better considering the vastly differing quality/format of files loaded here. As far as guitr101's post, I saw that too and he was referring to a comment that was critical of the choice of instrumentation (bari-sax). No mention was made of the audio mix or quality.

Frank Zappa had his own personal technical engineer that he hired to modify many of his guitars to his liking, so much of the tone you hear from Frank is nearly impossible to replicate. I even heard that he had pickups planted on the necks of some of his guitars!
