He looks creepy here; I think it's partially the weird white room lighting and partly the cake makeup he had to use. He was coming hard off cocain, so he hardly looked his best at the time... He's still beautiful!

Yes, he does have a nice face...minus the *scary* mad clown makeup. Don't get me wrong, he is brilliant, it's just that...Well, to put it bluntly, he's WEIRD beyond all reason. He's still cool, though. I'd say *YES*

It's true, it really is way ahead of its time.. nothing even like it today though! this was a strange period for him, he was coming off of drugs, yet probably still in and around them like somebody said, he might have been confused, yet out of that came this amazing piece of music.. he looks so weird in it, yet you can't help but be mesmerized... right?!

Agreed, he looks quite sad and almost ill, notice the creases in his forehead, he's not looking his best I think. Love this song though.

I like this song, too bad Bowie's version isn't on project playlist or the platinum collection. =[ DB has a nice facial structure! I just noticed how symetric his face is, and it is perfect!

Yes he did move there to TRY and deal with his addictions, it was also to get out of L.A. which was doing his head in and Berlin seemed like the furthest thing from that, but the road to recovery from addiction is long and doesn't happen overnight...he still had periods of heroin abuse in Berlin by his own admission. If you can recognise people on smack, then you can see it in this video 100%

He went to Germany to get rid of drugs and pull himself together, not to take them. I've never heard of him using heroin there, is there any proof to that?
