Heartbreakhero BJJ is the best martial art u can study for ground fighting imo... I've been doing BJJ for a year now and yesterday we were at GYM with my friend who has been doing judo for like 6 years i beated him in ground but he is way better on feet.. i mean without kicks and punches..

They are compleatly different, so it depends on what your looking for.

bjj has helped me ALOT in takedowns, holds and submissions. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

WOW IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THIS VIDEO!!!Ive been training BJJ for almost a year and a half and have seen this video before but it really boosts my training morale when i start slacking off. Just seeing how far you can go like this guy did is inspiring. Thanks
