I now know what your talking about, it is Lake Koocanusa Resort, people paid a that money for an option to buy, Calgary Oil Money is buying up whatever they can.

No they are going to build a huge hotel. They are kicking all of the people that have been there for yeears out and selling plots of land for over $150,000. People used to pay $1600 a year to stay now they will have to buy the land to stay.

I have not heard about that resort, we have one up here called the Wilderness Club. With the water going down so low it seems it would be hard to have a resort. The last time I was up in BC at Lake Koocanusa the water was barely moving through. What is Mursers going to be, golf ?

HEY! I go there all the time, except im over at the Lake Koocanusa Campground. Did you hear about the developement that is going on in mursers?. Its horrible! They are going to build a huge resort and ruin everything!

waters gone up a bunch since i was last there
