Willie is one of the true immortals of the business. He and his great library of songs inspired me to become a musician. I can't ever say enough about what Willie has done for me. He remains a constant companion in my memory and I thank the Lord for this beautiful friend.

Actually fippling, the song was composed by the man playing it here Willie Dixon. Today is the anniversary of his death back in 1992. From the 1940's until his death, his contributions to blues, and rock & roll are inumerable, and include a catalog of over 500 songs, many were well known hits for other acts. Willie Dixon was the Chess Records house producer, who laid down the foundations of the sounds we all know and associate with others.
