My Favorite Thing is this Classic Quartet playing awesome music at the top of their powers. Every minute is driving and dynamic. Every member a genius. My life is enriched by seeing this video. Thanks for posting.

So dynamic. Trane was not ahead of his time he is from another time all together.

the energy of elvin's drumming really compliments trane's 'searching' intensity in this period. i really love all of the passion in this performance! wish i could've been there!

Totally one-hundred percent far-out. Killer. Imagine sitting there in the room with them while they're doing this.

In all honesty, I was disappointed to not see a mosh pit in the audience. This music is more hard core than any Metal band Ive ever heard.

"When I open my eyes I must sigh, for what I see is contrary to religion, and I must despise the world which does not know that music is a higher revelation than all wisdom and philosophy." -- Ludwig van Beethoven
