I'd been in Dunedin for 6 years, and it was time to move on. Also, my family is too far away. If I can't share my house with my family, even such a special place does not feel like a home.

I could have got into NZ, but my wife would'nt leave England, wish I had left her behind and gone to paradise. why on earth would you want to leave that house?

Hi. The house is on Ravensbourne road just before the Maia bus stop, opposite Portobello. It is high enough on the hill to get all day sun.

Thanks for that clarification, KasparHauser4. Maybe the US dollar has continued to fall against the NZ dollar since I made this video. These were all just rounded figures, anyway. :)
