If you want to keep your properties from being ruined, you SHOULD discriminate. Anyone who says otherwise DOESN'T HAVE A PORTFOLIO. As for the preppy reporter - he just wants to make a fucking name for himself.

itscaramel - yes, she is a disappointment . It is more than "just racism" BTW. There are a lot of rules that in most states are followed. You are to sell the house..not sell the next door neighbor.

Big deal this Realtor is just being honest. The property probably has retained its value because nigglets arent running around. Look at any town where wetbacks or niggers have come in, crime always increases, drug selling increases. These people are vermin.
